The author is a lady who started as CEO when she was only 27 years old and for almost 18 years was an overachiever.
She got the opportunity to establish one leasing company from zero and build a fully automated core system both for financial and operative leasing. In the second leasing company she worked for, the major task was the migration from two old to one fully new core system, a portfolio of almost 220 mio EUR. Under her lead the migration was successful. Market leader for years, also in those challenging (like the 2008/2009 crisis and the COVID-19 crisis).

The major value of this book is an honest and human approach with direct and realistic thoughts on how to steer a company, how to choose employee profiles for each function and department, and how to achieve exceptionality and professionalism.
